This lacing sneaker is a favorite of mine. I first learned of the lacing sneaker through my son’s Occupational Therapist and I am so glad I did. It took him very little time at all to learn not only how to tie his shoe laces but also with lacing, which is a skill I think we sometimes tend to overlook. The right tools for teaching life skills makes all the difference. This lacing sneaker is excellent for helping children with motor skills difficulties learn how to lace and tie. Honestly, in my opinion, this lacing sneaker would benefit every child learning to lace and tie their shoes. It gave my son so much confidence in tying his shoes, he taught his little sister how to do it. Now, that’s progress!
