Not a good combination. Certainly not the way I wanted to start off today much less this week but that’s how I woke up.
Now, they aren’t as bad a some people’s (well not yet) but still they are annoying to say the least. Waking up with them is just weird though. I mean, was stressing in my sleep? The one time of day when my mind should be resting, I’m still stressing? That doesn’t make sense to be.
I’ve dealt with them both for so long, I know how to relieve the anxiety and pain but OUCH it is still painful till it subsides. I get my migraines from my mom. 🙁 She’s dealt with them for years. I remember seeing her in so much pain from them when I was little. Now I experience them. But I’ll get through it. I must remember – “This too shall pass”
As far a the panic attacks go I’ve dealt with them so long, I’ve learned how to make them subside. It’s just that feeling I got when I woke up was very disturbing. Just sitting here typing this seems to have helped too.
