I can't say enough about it. However it isn't sold in my town. I have to get it from Phoenix about 200 miles from me. But a friend brings it to me. I can hardly wait to try the othe items. I didn't know Udi's made anything other then the bread. I have tried other brands of bread and its been awfull. Its even better then what I can make with my bread machine. Wanda I have only tried the white bread so far and its the best .
